Adobe Photoshop CS3 is an older version of Photoshop it mainly supports Windows XP , Windows Vista, etc.
This version is mostly used by Photography studios due to its unique smudge feature which is cut off from the next versions of Photoshop that is CS4,CS5,CS6 and CC...
